Quentin Tarantino Marathon
Each Labor Day, Adventures in Videoland honors the hard work of a legendary film director by putting together a Marathon of that director’s best films. This year, upon the release of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, we decided to spotlight the career of Quentin Tarantino. Though the genres may differ, the quirky dialogue and stylized violence guarantee that you always know when you’re watching a Tarantino film. Tonight, those films are:
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction
Jackie Brown
Inglourious Basterds
Django Unchained
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Which film will end up taking home the most Golden Idols, and which will meet a bloody end? Grab some Red Apple cigarettes and a Big Kahuna burger … and let’s talk about movies!
Side Note: Kill Bill is not allowed to be in the Marathon due to its Pantheon status.
